Air conditioning: The most frequent criticism is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Not all of our rooms have air conditioning; we have rooms with and without it. If you would like an air-conditioned room, simply mention it when you book and we will plan your room accordingly.
Cleaning and towels during long stays: Some long-stay guests wrote that their expectations about how often rooms were cleaned were not met. For long stays, we now agree in writing at the booking stage how often cleaning and towel and bed linen changes will take place.
Hot water and heating: A few reviews, mainly from the winter of 2022, describe problems with hot water and heating. We carry out regular maintenance on the plumbing and the rooms; if there is a problem during your stay, simply let our 24/7 reception know.

Staff attitude: While the vast majority of reviews praise our staff, there have also been a small number of negative experiences. We share every piece of feedback with our team and respond to every review individually.
