How is the monthly price calculated?
For stays of 30 nights or more, a 33% discount is applied to the daily room rate. To get the current monthly price for your room type, call us on 0533 704 64 74.
Are bills included in the price?
Yes. Electricity, water, heating and internet are included in the monthly price; you pay no separate bills.
Is there a deposit or commission?
No. There is no deposit, agency fee or building dues.
Which rooms have a kitchen?
All of our single and triple rooms and some of our double rooms have a kitchen. Just tell us you'd like a room with kitchen when booking.
How often are rooms cleaned?
Cleaning and towel/linen change frequency is agreed with you in writing when you book.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. For corporate stays we issue invoices in your company's name.
Is there breakfast?
We don't currently offer breakfast. You can cook your own meals in rooms with a kitchen; cafés, bakeries and supermarkets are a few minutes away.
