Questions about student stays
Is there a monthly rate for students?
Yes. For stays of 30 nights or more, a 33% discount is applied to the daily room rate. For the current price, call us on 0533 704 64 74.
Can I stay for a whole semester (several months)?
Yes. For long stays, we agree the length of stay, price and cleaning frequency with you in writing when you book.
Do the rooms have a kitchen?
All of our single and triple rooms and some of our double rooms have a kitchen.
Are bills and internet included in the price?
Yes. Electricity, water, heating and internet are included in the monthly price; there is no deposit or building dues.
How do I get to the campuses?
Our hotel is at the Çayyolu–Beytepe junction, close to Hacettepe Beytepe Campus, METU and Bilkent. Koru Metro is about 15 minutes away by bus no. 593.
Is there breakfast?
We don't currently offer breakfast. You can cook your own meals in rooms with a kitchen; cafés, bakeries and supermarkets are a few minutes away.
