Location: Central districts such as Kızılay and Ulus are busy. Residential districts in the west of Ankara, such as Çayyolu, Beytepe and Ümitköy, are generally quieter.
Room orientation: Rooms facing an inner courtyard rather than the street get less noise.
Room size: If you are staying long, square metres make a difference.
Kitchen and fridge: On a long stay, they save you from eating out at every meal.
Long-stay terms: Cleaning frequency, bills and discounts should be agreed in writing.
Why Çayyolu–Beytepe? Close to the City, Away from the Noise
Dora Beytepe Otel is located at the Çayyolu–Beytepe–Ümitköy–İncek junction in Çankaya, in a mainly residential area (Prof. Ahmet Taner Kışlalı Mah. 2719. Sk. No:1). Approximate driving times (may vary with traffic):

Ankara Bilkent City Hospital: 12–15 minutes
METU (ODTÜ): 13 minutes

Koru Metro Station: 6 minutes
Esenboğa Airport: 40 minutes
By public transport, take bus no. 593 from Koru Metro and get off at the "Yeşilbarışkent Sitesi" stop after about 15 minutes; the hotel is a 1-minute walk from the stop.

Breakfast: We don't currently offer breakfast. Rooms with a kitchen and the cafés, bakeries and supermarkets a few minutes away cover this need.

Single Room (Courtyard Room): 15–17 m², faces the inner courtyard, with kitchen

Double Room: 27 m², 140×200 bed, air-conditioned, with or without balcony
King Size Double Room: 27 m², 200×200 bed, air-conditioned, with or without balcony
Twin Room: 26 m², air-conditioned
Triple Room: 30 m², with kitchen
VIP Room: 40 m², seating area, full-size fridge and worktop, air-conditioned
Accessible room

Which Room Is the Quietest?
Our rooms have sound insulation, and the rooms furthest from street noise are our Courtyard Rooms facing the inner courtyard. If you want more space, the balcony rooms and the 40 m² VIP room are good options. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. If you arrive late at night, our 24/7 reception will welcome you.
